• Beautiful Outdoor Dressage Arena — 200’ x 80’ (built to USDF specifications)


• Rubber mats and Nelson waterers in each stall


• Board inclusive of daily turn-out in paddocks and pasture


• Custom feeding three times per day


• Tack Room with private lockers
